I played with inspirations and images from my travels. The jungle theme has always been close to me, as has the theme of cupcakes, as I worked as a professional food photographer for many years, and my favorite subjects to photograph were cakes and sweets. I painted these cakes with watercolors on the Greek island of Zakynthos, where I had gone to photograph food for local restaurants and hotels. Imagine the big cat living elegantly, like an aristocrat, in the middle of the jungle and eating cupcakes surrounded by exotic flowers. What a beautiful life!
