A trip to Morocco inspired bright colors. In Morocco, I photographed food prepared by a local woman, Fatima, who wore beautiful, brightly colored clothing. An acquaintance I stayed at brought me a transvestite costume from the theater, with which I went to the streets for a photo shoot. We went to the Sahara desert, where we spent the night with camels under the stars in Berber tents. I lived for a few days in a Berber house in the Atlas Mountains. After this adventure, I drew my Moroccan princess in the desert.
